한글의 조형을 손끝으로 쓰는 일상의 도구
비 포머티브는 『청구영언』이 구전되던 옛 노랫말을 한글로 기록해 후대에 전했다는 점에서 ‘기록’의 의미에 주목했다. 말과 노래가 글이 되어 남고 다시 읽히며 이어지는 과정을 오늘날의 글쓰기 경험으로 확장하고자, 쓰고 지우고 담는 과정에 사용하는 도구를 제작했다. 한글 자음과 모음의 구조와 획의 흐름을 각 도구의 형태와 기능에 연결하고, 여러 도구가 함께 놓였을 때 하나의 조형 언어로 어우러지도록 구성해 한글을 손으로 만지고 사용하는 일상의 경험으로 확장했다.be formative focused on the idea of “recording” found in 『Cheonggu Yeongeon』, which preserved orally transmitted songs by recording them in Hangeul for future generations. The brand extends this act of recording into today’s everyday writing experience through tools used for writing, erasing, and keeping notes. The structures and strokes of Hangeul consonants and vowels are connected to the forms and functions of each tool, while the individual pieces come together as a unified visual language. Through these objects, Hangeul is presented not only as a writing system but also as something to touch, use, and experience in everyday life.
