오이뮤는 「징경이 쌍쌍이 푸른 못 가운데서 놀고」에서 푸른 못에서 짝지어 노니는 물새와 둥근 달, 그리고 홀로 임을 기다리는 깊은 밤의 정취에 주목했다. 쓸쓸하면서도 아름다운 정서를 노방 책갈피와 엽서 등에 담고, 패랭이꽃을 더해 시조의 가을밤 풍경을 오늘의 시각적 언어로 풀어냈다. 자수와 인쇄를 통해 시조의 문장과 풍경을 일상에서 오래도록 감상할 수 있는 제품으로 구현했다.OIMU was inspired by the nocturnal scenery described in the sijo “Water Birds Play in Pairs upon the Blue Pond,” focusing on paired water birds, a round moon reflected through the window, and the quiet loneliness of waiting for a loved one. The sentiment of a beautiful yet solitary autumn night is expressed through embroidered bookmarks and postcards, with dianthus flowers added as a visual motif. Through embroidery and print, OIMU brings the poem’s words and imagery into everyday objects that can be kept and appreciated over time.
